FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup

MEG provided the full end-to-end event management and marketing services to oversee the successful delivery of FIFA’s first ever U17 Women’s World Cup.

Event Outcome:

The 16 team tournament was played in four major stadiums and cities. MEG developed the full workforce plan and recruited a workforce of 60 major event experts to deliver the event, which exceeded all expectations. The tournament won the national award for major event of the year and attracted a live audience of 212,506. A total of 16,162 spectators attended the finals and 155 countries watched the broadcast coverage.
